A 60sqm 2 Bedroom Granny Flat with built in robes to both bedrooms, and an optional verandah. Combined bathroom and laundry, and open plan living areas make this a spacious and airy choice.
The Bungalow
This 60sqm 2 Bedroom design provides an open and light area, with minimal fuss. Includes built-in robes to both double bedrooms, a large sized linen cupboard, and an Optional Verandah. Combined bathroom and Laundry, plus the fully open kitchen with Dishwasher allows for a maximum of floor space and usability.
The Cabin
This 60sqm 2 Bedroom Granny Flat includes a patio for outdoor entertaining as well as a fully equipped Galley Style kitchen. Space is maximised with the use of a Sliding Door at the entrance, and combined living and dining areas. With plenty of room for eating and living, both indoors and out, the Cabin is one of our most popular designs.
The Chalet
With a Floor Size of 64sqm, the Chalet is somewhere to retreat to indeed. Can be built with two bedrooms, or with one master suite with direct access to a two-way bathroom. Includes a lovely front verandah and and open-plan eating and living areas to maximise air-flow and floor space.
The Den
This Den is one of our larger designs, boasting a floor size of 72sqm. The den is designed to suit a single person or a couple, with the emphasis on comfortable sylish living. A master bedroom has a large walk-in robe as well as direct access to your bathroom. A front door opens off the fully covered verandah into the large lounge area, and flows through into the dining area and kitchen that includes a two door pantry. Immerse yourself privacy and style in your own private Den.
The Lodge
The Lodge. 78sqm of floor space and the option of a fully covered-in carport. A verandah. 2 bedrooms with 3 built-in robes (2 in main). A separate bathroom and toilet. A large linen cupboard. A double pantry. A utility cupboard. Most houses are not this luxurious.
The Chateau
This is our King of the Granny Flats. At a whopping 82sqm, the Chateau is big enough to live large, while being compact enough to still qualify as a Granny Flat. Features a separate laundry and bathroom, two double bedrooms, a walk in pantry, and an optional fully covered verandah. The Chateau combines style, size and self-contained into one fantastic Granny Flat.
